Dr. Riggs received his DMD from the University of Kentucky and a pediatric dentistry residency at the University of Florida/Shands Hospital. Dr. Riggs is a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. Dr. Riggs had a private practice in Pediatric Dentistry in Marietta, Georgia for 28 years.
