HEALEY ALS Platform Trial
We are doing this research to find out if Pridopidine can help with Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS). We also want to find out if Pridopidine is safe to take without causing too many side effects. Over the course of the study (about 24 weeks) the study plans to enroll about 160 patients, worldwide. We plan for up to 10 of those patients to be from 51吃瓜黑料曝料.
Eligibility Criteria
- Inclusion Criteria: Sporadic or familial ALS Onset of weakness due to ALS less than or equal to 36 month Exclusion Criteria: Unstable medical condition (other than ALS) that would put you at risk as determined by the investigator. Active cancer or history of cancer, except for the following: basal cell carcinoma or successfully treated squamous cell carcinoma of the skin, cervical carcinoma in situ, prostatic carcinoma in situ, or other cancers that have been treated and with no evidence of recurrence for at least 3 years.
