- SAT fee waivers are available to low-income 11th and 12th grade students in the U.S.
or U.S. territories. SAT Subject Test fee waivers are available for students in grades
9-12.
- Students who have limited financial resources may use the NACAC Request for Admission Application Fee Waiver form when applying for college. The purpose of this form is to ensure equitable postsecondary
access, and thus is intended for first-time undergraduate applicants who meet one or more of the economic need criteria identified on the application.
- Transfer students who are eligible for the Federal Pell Grant may use the NACAC Request for Transfer Admission Application Fee Waiver​ form when applying to colleges. Applicants who are not eligible for a Pell Grant,
but whose annual family income falls within the form's alternate , may self-certify their eligibility.
- An ACT Fee Waiver covers the registration and late fees for either the full ACT with
writing or no writing, or section retesting (up to three subjects). The waiver covers
one report to a student’s high school and up to six college choices (at the time he
or she registers).
- 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏÆØÁÏ is a Common App institution, and Common App institutions want to
ensure that application fees do not pose a barrier for any student who wishes to apply
