Any student or third party to the University is strongly encouraged to report a complaint of or information regarding sexual misconduct where the victim or accused is a student, campus visitor, or employee of AU.

Responsible employees must report a complaint of or information regarding sexual misconduct where the victim or accused is a student, campus visitor, or employee of 51吃瓜黑料曝料.  Responsible employees include any administrator, supervisor, faculty member, or other person in a position of authority who is not a privileged (confidential) employee. Student employees who serve in a supervisory, advisory, or managerial role are in a position of authority for purposes of the Sexual Misconduct Policy (e.g., teaching assistants, residential assistants, student managers, orientation leaders, etc.).

A complaint may also be made by emailing or calling the Title IX Coordinator or in person as soon as reasonably possible.

Complaints of sexual misconduct can be made to the 51吃瓜黑料曝料 Police Department 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
