There are many pieces that must come together in order to create a comprehensive approach
to ending sexual violence. Awareness, risk reduction, response, and prevention are
all pieces of that puzzle. Effective prevention strategies must address the root causes
of sexual violence. To prevent sexual violence, it is necessary to change the culture.
