The First-Year contract opens on December 1. The Upperclassman contract opens after the start of the New Year. Graduate and Professional Student contracts open after the start of the New Year. Dates will be posted on the Housing Calendar.
While we do not have a deadline per se, we do close the contract for priority room selection, and once we are full. The deadline for individuals to receive priority consideration to participate in the room selection process for their fall assignment will be posted on the Housing Calendar. The best practice is to complete the application early, so you will have a room.
The housing portal opens to accept First Year/Freshmen contracts for Fall & Spring 24-25 on December 1st and all Returners/Upperclassmen contracts for Fall & Spring 24-25 on January 22nd.
